I was staying in Newtown for the wkend in a bnb with my daughters, the girls went to a concert, I was there on.my own, I just stepped out the front and the front door closed on me, I was terrified as I had no keys no phone, I was in tears I approached a couple getting in there car, they calmed me down, and then had the idea of calling a lock smith, Ben arrived in 10 minutes, great service thanks again Ben, having paid $1200 for the wkend and to top had to pay $215 but it was worth it would recommend this company, cheers Stacey

Ben was fantastic - very responsive via phone/text, very friendly and a good communicator. We had a non-urgent request and despite him being fully booked for a while, he was in the area and offered to pop in to our place later that day. While he was there he was happy to answer our questions about our setup and some insights into options we had. Would happily recommend.
